Quantity Surveyor

**Overview** ------------ The Quantity Surveyor manages cost-control activities, measurements, and contract-related tasks for infrastructure projects. **Your role** ------------- * Prepare interim payment applications, measurement sheets, and cost reports. * Review contract documents and ensure compliance with cost parameters. * Measure completed work and prepare BOQs for changes or additional works. * Assist in claims, variations, and commercial negotiations. * Monitor project cost performance and report deviations. * Evaluate contractor invoices and support contract administration. **About you** ------------- * Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering. * 5–10 years' QS experience, preferably on road/highway projects. * Strong knowledge of FIDIC, contract management, and cost-control tools. * Excellent analytical, documentation, and negotiation skills. **Rewards & benefits** ---------------------- Explore the rewards and benefits that help you thrive – at every stage of your life and your career.
