**Job Vacancy – Quantity Surveyor (Female)** **Razanco Building Contracting L.L.C.** is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented **Quantity Surveyor (Female)** to join our team in **Dubai, United Arab Emirates**. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare, review, and verify quantity take-offs and measurements for construction projects. * Develop Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, and tender documents. * Monitor project costs, budgets, and variations. * Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare comparisons. * Review and certify subcontractor invoices and claims. * Provide cost advice and financial reporting to management. * Coordinate closely with project managers, site engineers, and procurement teams. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field. * Minimum [number] years of proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction. * Proficiency in **AutoCAD, MS Excel, and cost estimation software**. * Strong analytical, negotiation, and reporting skills. * Fluency in **English** (Arabic or Tagalog is an advantage). * **Female candidates only.** **Location:** Dubai – United Arab Emirates **Employment Type:** Full-time **To Apply:** Please send your CV to contact via WhatsApp **0522738448** Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
