Quantity Surveyor

**Job Description:** We are seeking an experienced **Quantity Surveyor (QS)** to join our growing construction team in the UAE. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of local market practices, contract administration, and cost control with proven experience handling construction projects in the UAE. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates. * Manage project budgets, cost control, and financial reporting. * Prepare interim payments, variations, claims, and final accounts. * Evaluate subcontractor quotations and contracts. * Monitor site progress and ensure cost alignment with project scope. * Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and site engineers. * Review shop drawings, material submittals, and variations. * Ensure compliance with contractual terms and company policies. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying. * Minimum **5 years of experience in the UAE** (mandatory). * Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and UAE construction standards. * Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, PlanSwift, and cost control software. * Excellent communication and reporting skills. * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
