Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced **Fit-Out** **Quantity Surveyor** to join our team in **Dubai**. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction/fit-out cost management, contract administration, and project financial control, with at least **3-5 years of relevant experience in the UAE**. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities (BOQs) * Monitor project costs and ensure projects remain within budget * Evaluate variations, claims, and final accounts * Prepare interim valuations and payment certifications * Review contracts, tender documents, and subcontractor agreements * Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and consultants * Conduct site visits to verify progress and quantities * Ensure compliance with contractual and financial procedures **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field * Minimum **3-5 years of experience** as a Quantity Surveyor in UAE * Proven experience working mainly in fit-out or construction in **Dubai/UAE** * Strong knowledge of construction contracts and cost control * Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant quantity surveying software * Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines * Strong knowledge and understanding in AutoCAD drawings **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with residential, commercial, or infrastructure fit-out projects * Familiarity with FIDIC contracts * Immediate availability or short notice period Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,001.00 per month Work Location: In person
