Quantity Surveyor Engineer - Structural & Civil Experience

Job Summary We are hiring a Quantity Surveyor (QS) to manage cost estimation, quantity take-offs, budgeting, and contract administration for construction projects. The successful candidate will support effective cost control, accurate measurements, and compliance with contractual and project requirements. Key Responsibilities * Prepare **BOQs, estimates, and cost breakdowns** for construction projects. * Evaluate **project drawings, specifications, and contract documents**. * Prepare and review **interim payment applications**, variations, and claims. * Conduct **cost control, cost tracking, and budget monitoring**. * Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and procurement teams. * Perform **site measurements, quantity take-offs, and material analysis**. * Assist in preparing **contracts, tenders, and bids**. * Ensure compliance with company procedures and project requirements. Requirements & Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in **quantity surveying, civil engineering,** or a related field. * Minimum **3–5 years of QS experience** in contracting or construction companies. * Strong knowledge of **cost estimation, tendering, and contract administration**. * Proficiency in **AutoCAD, Excel, and QS software**. * Excellent analytical and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
