Real Estate Listing Agent

**\*Job brief:** We are seeking a qualified Listing Agent to serve as a mediator between sellers and buyers. Carry out all necessary actions to list a property and secure it under agreement, including creating listing documents and pre-listing presentations, arranging showings, and organizing open houses. Acts as the main contact in working with sellers to organize staging, property photography, repairs, home enhancements, lockbox access, and various marketing tasks needed for displaying the properties.
