𝗪𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗵𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁.𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 – 𝗗𝘂𝗵𝗼𝗸 • Greet & Assist Visitors: Welcome customers in person and over the phone, providing a warm and professional first impression• Handle Enquiries: Answer questions about vehicles, promotions, financing, and services and direct customers to the appropriate sales or service staff• Appointment Scheduling: Manage bookings for test drives and sales consultations using the showroom’s scheduling system• Administrative Support: Assist with filing, data entry, and maintaining customer records• Manage Communications: Screen and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to enquiries promptly• Maintain Showroom Appearance: Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with up-to-date brochures and promotional materials• Customer Follow-Up: Assist with post-visit follow-ups, such as thank-you calls or satisfaction surveys• Assist Sales & Service Teams: Coordinate with staff to ensure seamless customer transitions• Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support business needsRequirements:• Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk associate, or in customer service (automotive industry is a plus)• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Professional and welcoming demeanour• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment• Knowledge of automotive terminology (preferred but not required)• Must speak Kurdish, and Arabic (English is a plus) 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆 𝗯𝘆 𝘀𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗖𝗩 𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝗿.𝗸𝘂𝗿𝗱𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻@𝗻𝗮𝗵𝗷-𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗿𝗮𝗾.𝗰𝗼𝗺, 𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘃𝗮𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗹𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝘂𝗯𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲.Applications without the vacancy title will not be considered.Please include "Receptionist – Duhok" in the email subject line."We are an equal-opportunity employer and value diversity in our workplace.
