**We are Hiring: Restaurant Manager (In charge of Service Operation)**
Location: Dubai
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee full-spectrum operations of a multi-outlet hospitality venue, including restaurant, coffee shop, and banqueting & events. The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and a guest-centric approach to ensure operational excellence, profitability, and exceptional service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee end-to-end operations of restaurant, coffee shop, banqueting, meetings, and events.
* Ensure seamless coordination between front-of-house, back-of-house, café service, and event operations.
* Plan and manage daily operations including staffing, scheduling, and shift allocation.
* Supervise execution of weddings, corporate events, private functions, and coffee shop service.
* Timely Update and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all service areas.
* Monitor guest service standards and ensure consistent five-star guest experience.
* Handle VIP guests, corporate clients, and event organizers with personalized service delivery.
* Resolve guest complaints efficiently and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with Executive Chef for menu planning, pricing strategies, and event-specific menus.
* Ensure quality control of food, beverage, presentation, and service standards across all outlets.
* Manage inventory, procurement, stock control, and vendor relationships for all operations.
* Control food & beverage costs, labor costs, and operational expenses to maximize profitability.
* Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for restaurant and events division.
* Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to improve revenue and reduce wastage.
* Drive revenue through upselling, event packages, coffee shop promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
* Work closely with Sales & Marketing teams to promote events, catering, and outlet offerings.
* Develop and execute strategies to increase banquet bookings and café footfall.
* Train, and develop staff across restaurants, café, and events teams.
* Conduct performance evaluations and implement continuous training programs.
* Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations, HACCP standards, and safety guidelines.
* Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and operational readiness of all areas at all times.
* Manage event logistics including setup, service flow, guest coordination, and post-event feedback.
* Introduce service improvements and operational efficiencies to enhance guest experience.
Requirements:
* Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
* 3–5 years of experience in restaurant management with exposure to café and banqueting/events.
* Strong knowledge of Micros, Opera, FMC systems, and MS Office.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
* Strong financial understanding and cost control abilities.
* English required; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
