Restaurant Manager

**Job Summary:** The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the downtown branch, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient staff management, and achieving sales and profitability targets. This role requires leadership, organizational skills, and a hands-on approach to managing the restaurant. **Key Responsibilities:** Manage daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures. Supervise, train, and motivate front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) staff. Ensure high standards of customer service, food quality, and cleanliness. Monitor inventory, ordering, and stock control. Prepare and manage staff schedules to optimize efficiency. Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations. Monitor branch sales, expenses, and profitability; implement measures to achieve targets. Coordinate with the HR and Finance departments on payroll, leave, and staffing matters. Support marketing and promotional activities at the branch. **Requirements:** **Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in restaurant management, preferably within a luxury café or upscale restaurant environment.** Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to handle stressful situations and make quick decisions. Knowledge of health, safety, and labor laws applicable to the UAE. Proficiency in POS systems, Microsoft Office, and basic accounting principles.
