**Key Duties and Responsibilities of a Restaurant Manager**
**1. Staff Management**
* Hire, train, and supervise staff (servers, cooks, bartenders, etc.)
* Schedule shifts
* Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback
* Ensure compliance with labor laws and workplace safety
* Implement disciplinary actions and performance development
**2. Customer Service**
* Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction
* Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently
* Monitor customer feedback and reviews to improve service
**3. Financial Management**
* Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting
* Monitor expenses and profitability
* Control food, beverage, and labor costs
* Manage cash handling, POS systems, and bank deposits
* Manage delivery payments, online and on calls.
**4. Inventory and Supplies**
* Order food, beverages, and other supplies
* Monitor stock levels and reduce waste
* Work with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries
**5. Compliance and Safety**
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
* Coordinate with local health departments and pass inspections
**6. Marketing and Promotion**
* Implement marketing campaigns and promotional events
* Maintain an active social media presence
* Build customer loyalty programs
* Use Emails as communication .
**7. Operational Oversight**
* Supervise day-to-day operations of the restaurant
* Maintain equipment and schedule repairs when needed
* Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs)
**8. Strategic Planning**
* Analyze restaurant performance and identify areas for improvement
* Set sales goals and develop plans to meet them
* Introduce new menu items in collaboration with chefs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
