**Job Description** **SUMMARY** Converge Hospitality is seeking a **Revenue Manager** to oversee revenue strategy and performance across a portfolio of hotels. Revenue Manager will be responsible for developing and executing pricing and inventory strategies to maximize RevPAR, profitability, and overall top-line performance. This role will collaborate closely with property-level teams, general managers, and the Vice President of Revenue Strategy to ensure each hotel is achieving optimal results and aligned with corporate goals. **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS** * Develop and maintain strategic revenue management plans for each assigned property in collaboration with General Managers and corporate leadership. * Oversee the execution of pricing, inventory, and distribution strategies across all channels. * Monitor and analyze market trends, booking pace, and competitive data to inform pricing and forecasting decisions. * Lead weekly revenue strategy meetings with property teams to review performance and adjust tactics as needed. * Prepare and present detailed performance reports, forecasts, and insights to senior leadership. * Ensure effective utilization of brand or third-party revenue management systems and adherence to corporate standards. * Partner with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align efforts toward achieving overall business objectives. * Evaluate group and transient business to maintain optimal rate positioning and market mix. * Identify demand drivers, capture market share, and develop strategies to maximize profitability. * Participate in the annual budgeting process, reforecasting, and long-range planning. * Develop and implement best practices, SOPs, and tools to standardize revenue management across the portfolio. * Manage rate parity, channel profitability, and content accuracy on third-party distribution channels. * Maintain data integrity and accuracy across all revenue systems. * Participate in ownership meetings, pre-opening planning, and new hotel onboarding. * Maintain a visible leadership presence through regular hotel visits and communication with teams. * Follow company policies and procedures. * Other duties as assigned by supervisor or management. **KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES** * Expert knowledge of revenue management principles, forecasting, and distribution strategies. * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach. * Effective communication, presentation, and leadership skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business intelligence tools. * Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. * Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve results. * High attention to detail, accuracy, and data integrity. * Professional demeanor and strong organizational skills. * Ability to make strategic decisions with limited supervision. **EDUCATION** Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. **EXPERIENCE** Minimum of five years of relevant hotel revenue management experience required; prior regional or multi-property experience preferred. Experience with major hotel brands (e.g., Marriott, Hilton) preferred. **SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES** No direct supervisory responsibilities. **LICENSES OR CERTIFICATES** Valid driver’s license required. **WORKING CONDITIONS & WORK ENVIRONMENT** The following outlines the work environment employees may encounter while performing essential functions of the job.
