**Roads Foreman (Roads & Infrastructure)** **Location:** Sharjah, UAE **Company:** Tamim Contracting **Position Overview:** We are hiring an experienced **Roads Foreman (Roads & Infrastructure)** with **3–5 years of UAE experience**. The candidate must have solid expertise in roads construction and site supervision, ensuring that works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and lead site works related to roads and infrastructure projects. * Coordinate daily activities of workers, subcontractors, and equipment on site. * Ensure that roadworks (asphalt, base course, subgrade, interlock, kerbstone, etc.) are executed as per project specifications. * Monitor progress, quality, and productivity of site works. * Implement and enforce Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards. * Assist engineers in site inspections, measurements, and material usage. * Report daily site activities, manpower, and equipment usage to the project engineer/manager. * Resolve site-level issues and ensure smooth workflow. **Qualifications & Requirements:** * Minimum **3–5 years of UAE experience** as a Roads Foreman. * Strong technical knowledge in roads construction, infrastructure works, and finishing details. * Good understanding of UAE authorities’ regulations (Sharjah Municipality, SEWA, etc.). * Ability to manage site teams effectively. * Basic knowledge of reading drawings and site layouts. * Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
