**Company Description** Established in Dubai, UAE, in 2022, Tawla Portal LLC is a B2B platform dedicated to transforming the dining experience for Food and Beverage venues through digitalization. Our goal is to streamline operations and enhance customer experiences by offering a comprehensive subscription service. **Job Overview:** Tawla is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts, drive revenue growth, and expand our market presence. The Sales Manager will play a key role in acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and driving the adoption of our digital solutions for F&B venues. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets. * Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build relationships with potential clients. * Manage and grow existing accounts by ensuring client satisfaction and identifying upselling opportunities. * Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals. * Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business goals. * Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management. * Negotiate and close contracts with clients, ensuring all terms are in line with company policies. * Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings to maintain Tawla's competitive advantage. **Qualifications:** * Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the F&B or technology sector. * Strong knowledge of digital solutions, SaaS, or POS systems is a plus. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Ability to work independently, as well as lead and inspire a sales team. * Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset. * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
