From **Fritz&Muller**, we are currently partnering with a leading Ingredients company in the search for a **Sales Coordinator – Beverage Ingredients (B2B)** to support its commercial operations across the **Middle East & North Africa**. **Salary:** AED 5,000 monthly (all inclusive) **Location:** Dubai **RESPONSIBILITIES** -------------------- * Provide day-to-day commercial and coordination support to the Sales Manager / Business Development Manager * Ensure timely follow-up and response to customer inquiries * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM (Zoho), including leads, opportunities, and projects * Track and manage the full sales pipeline, ensuring visibility and reporting accuracy * Prepare and process Sales Orders (SO) and Purchase Orders (PO), ensuring compliance with commercial terms * Monitor order status and proactively identify risks or delays * Maintain and update customer and supplier databases, including onboarding new clients * Track ongoing projects, including sampling, approvals, and key milestones * Generate reports and provide insights on pipeline performance * Manage selected smaller accounts, supporting negotiations and identifying growth opportunities * Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Finance, and Technical teams **REQUIREMENTS** ---------------- * Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field * 1–2 years of experience in sales coordination, sales administration, or commercial support * Previous experience in a B2B environment (**mandatory**) * Experience in the food, beverage, or ingredients industry is a strong plus * Hands-on experience with CRM systems (preferably Zoho) * Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail * Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills * Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Canva * Commercial mindset with a customer-focused approach * **Fluent English and Chinese or Spanish language** **BENEFITS** ------------ * Opportunity to join a fast-growing and dynamic international company * Exposure to regional markets across Middle East & North Africa * Career development path within the commercial function (Sales track) * Collaborative and entrepreneurial work environment * Competitive compensation package
