**Job Title:** Sales Executive – Events, Media & Marketing
**Location:** Dubai, UAE
**Salary Range:** AED 2,500 – 5,000 per month (depending on experience)
**Experience Required:** 2–5 years (UAE or regional experience preferred)
**Employment Type:** Full-time

We are a dynamic, integrated creative agency specializing in Event Management, Media Production, and Marketing solutions. From corporate events and brand activations to video production and digital marketing campaigns, we deliver high-impact results for our clients across the UAE. We are looking for a driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in Dubai.
**Role Summary**
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new B2B leads, closing deals, and building long-term client relationships across our three core business verticals: events, media production, and marketing. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by understanding client needs and offering customized solutions.
**Key Responsibilities**
Business Development
Identify and prospect potential corporate clients (e.g., brands, agencies, hotels, government entities, retail, tech, and real estate firms).
Cold call, network, and conduct in-person meetings to generate leads.
**Sales & Closing**
Present company services confidently: event management (conferences, galas, activations), media production (video, photography, post-production), and marketing (social media, branding, performance marketing).
Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, quotations, and pitch decks.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
**Client Relationship Management**
Build and nurture long-term partnerships with key decision-makers (marketing managers, event planners, brand heads).
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through regular follow-ups and post-event/project support.
Handle client feedback and coordinate with internal delivery teams (production, creative, operations).
**Market Intelligence**
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing in Dubai’s events and media landscape.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
**Qualifications & Skills**
**Experience**
2–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in event management, media production, advertising, or marketing agencies in Dubai/UAE.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
**Skills**
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand and sell creative and technical services (not just products).
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with outdoor/client meetings.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Valid UAE driving license is an advantage not mandatory
**Education**
Bachelor’s degree.
