**Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced and results-driven **Sales Executive** to join our showroom sales team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in automotive showroom sales, strong customer handling skills, and the ability to track leads and close deals effectively while achieving monthly sales targets. **Key Responsibilities** * Greet and assist walk-in showroom customers in a professional and friendly manner * Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles and financing options * Conduct vehicle presentations, test drives, and product demonstrations * Generate, follow up, and **track sales leads** from walk-ins, calls, social media, and online platforms * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system * Negotiate pricing, promotions, and trade-in options in line with company policies * Achieve individual and team **monthly sales targets and KPIs** * Coordinate with finance, insurance, and registration teams to ensure smooth vehicle delivery * Keep up to date with product knowledge, pricing, offers, and competitor activities * Ensure showroom display standards and vehicle availability are well maintained * Build long-term customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals * Reports daily activities to the Sales Manager and provides information on market conditions and competitors activity. * Reviews reservation status. * Prepares a consolidated report for the week (Walk-Ins) and month (Forecast / Sales In-Hand) and submits to the Sales Manager (especially focus on lost sales). * Achieves set sales satisfaction index targets by providing excellent customer service, by regularly monitoring individual customer satisfaction performance through the online portal. * Takes part in ensuring that the Visual Identity (VI) of the showroom is maintained as per the manufacturer guidelines and oversees all initiatives taken by the marketing department to achieve the desired level of VI. * Takes part in ensuring that the showroom and displays therein are maintained to the highest possible standard. * Actively maintains product knowledge and competitive product knowledge. * Actively promotes the Finance and Insurance products, whilst determining customer qualifications and profiles to ensure the appropriateness of the offer. * Prepares all required documentation to complete the sale process. * Takes part in implementing the timely sales promotion campaign, new vehicle launching, liquidation campaign, special offer campaign etc., * Ensures that the prevailing policies and procedures of the company are followed * Ensures that conduct, attitude, attendance and appearance reflect the high standard demanded by the company.
