Proven closing track record **Ask for actual numbers:** * Transactions closed (last 6–12 months) * Total deal value * Conversion rate from leads to deals Top brokers should show consistent closings, not just listings. **Strong negotiation & deal-closing ability** Test their ability to: * Handle price objections * Create urgency * Close without over-discounting This directly affects your profitability. **Deep local market expertise** They must understand: * Key areas (Yas Island, Saadiyat, Reem, Masdar) * ROI trends, rental yields, developer reputations Ask scenario-based questions to test real knowledge. **High-quality communication skills** Look for brokers who: * Speak confidently and clearly * Handle international investors professionally * Build rapport quickly Critical for high-value clients. **Digital marketing & lead generation skills** Top brokers should actively use: * Property Finder * Bayut * Social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) They should know how to **generate and convert leads**, not just wait for them. **Knowledge of regulations & transaction processes** They must understand: * Contracts, MOU, transfers * Fees, commissions, and escrow rules Reduces legal risk and speeds up transactions. **Full sales cycle ownership** A strong hire should independently manage: * Prospecting * Viewings * Negotiation * Closing & after-sales follow-up Avoid brokers who rely heavily on admin or managers. **Existing network & client database** Prioritize candidates with: * Active buyers/investors * Developer connections * Referral network This shortens your revenue ramp-up time. **Resilience, discipline & KPI mindset** Look for brokers who: * Can handle rejection and slow months * Track KPIs (calls, viewings, conversions) * Stay consistent without micromanagement Real estate success = long-term consistency. Job Type: Permanent Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: * Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Education: * Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: * Sales: 1 year (Preferred) Language: * Arabic , English ,Russian ,Chinese ,Urdu, Hindi (Preferred) Willingness to travel: * 75% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
