Sales Manager

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities in construction, infrastructure, and engineering projects
* Promote laboratory services including material testing, soil investigation, and geotechnical analysis
* Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and government entities
* Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals to clients
* Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure
* Coordinate with technical and laboratory teams to ensure client requirements are met
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
* Participate in tenders, pre-qualification processes, and client meetings
* Maintain an updated pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts and reports
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business
**Qualifications & Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field (MBA in Marketing is an advantage)
* 5–8 years of sales/business development experience in construction material testing or geotechnical laboratory services
* Strong understanding of construction materials, soil testing, and relevant industry standards
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and securing contracts
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Strong network within the construction and engineering industry
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients/projects
