**We’re Hiring – Sales Manager** **Awasa Real Estate LLC | Dubai, UAE** Awasa Real Estate is looking for a **highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager** to lead our **Sales Team**. If you have a passion for real estate, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in Dubai’s secondary property market, this is your opportunity to excel! **Role Overview** We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead and scale a team of 10 real estate agents. This role is ideal for a highly driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and can actively contribute to both team performance and overall business growth. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue, building a strong sales culture, and expanding Awasa Real Estate’s presence in the Dubai market through hands-on leadership and strategic execution. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead, manage, and motivate a team of 10 real estate agents to achieve and exceed sales targets * Drive overall team revenue performance, ensuring consistent deal flow across off-plan, luxury, secondary, and commercial segments * Develop and execute aggressive sales strategies with a strong focus on **offline growth** (networking, events, direct client acquisition, partnerships) * Monitor KPIs, sales pipelines, and conversion rates; implement corrective actions where needed * Conduct daily/weekly performance reviews, coaching sessions, and strategy meetings * Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s investor and client network * Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, brokers, and key market stakeholders * Ensure high standards of client service and smooth transaction processes * Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with sales objectives and lead generation efforts * Set a high-performance culture with clear accountability and target ownership **Requirements** * Minimum **5+ years of experience** in real estate sales, with proven success in the Dubai market * Previous experience managing and leading a sales team * Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets * In-depth knowledge of Dubai real estate, especially secondary and investment sales * Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills * Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing abilities * Ability to thrive in a **high-pressure, performance-driven startup environment** * **Self-motivated, ambitious, and growth-focused mindset** * **Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)** **What We’re Looking For** * A **hands-on leader** who leads from the front * A **hunter mentality** with strong business development skills * Someone who can build, scale, and drive a high-performing sales team * Strong network and ability to generate business through offline channels **What We Offer** * Competitive salary + **high performance-based incentives** * **Opportunity to play a key leadership role in a growing startup** * **Fast career growth and leadership exposure** * **Dynamic, ambitious, and results-driven work environment** **Location:** Latifa Tower, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai **If you’re ready to lead, inspire, and grow in Dubai’s real estate market, apply now!** Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
