Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for travel and an impressive track record in sales? We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join our team and drive growth for our esteemed agency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Cultivate and manage relationships with corporate clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery
* Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
* Identify new business opportunities and partnerships within the travel and tourism sector
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to capitalize on business growth prospects
* Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
* Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and account updates
* Participate in industry events and networking activities to expand business reach
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Travel and Tourism Industry in the United Arab Emirates
* A valid driving license is a must
* Proficiency in the Arabic language will be considered an advantage
* Proven track record in sales and corporate account management
* Strong network within the UAE's travel and tourism sector
* Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
* Results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding targets
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (preferred)
Additional Qualifications (as required):
* Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools
* Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a high-performing sales team
* Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards
* Experience in creating and executing successful marketing campaigns
