Sales Manager

**(Experience in Metalic Profile Sheet / Roofing Sheet Industry)-Mandatory** We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead sales operations for our profile sheet manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing distribution networks, handling project sales, and developing long-term customer relationships. **Key Responsibilities:** Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets Manage and guide sales executives, dealers, and distributors Develop new markets for profile sheets and roofing products Handle project sales with contractors, builders, and consultants Coordinate with production and dispatch for order fulfillment Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and customer feedback Ensure timely collection of payments and credit control Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field 5–10 years of experience in profile sheet / roofing / building material sales Strong knowledge of manufacturing sales and project-based selling Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills Willingness to travel as required **Salary & Benefits:** Attractive salary package with performance-based incentives Company vehicle / travel allowance (as applicable) Career growth opportunities in a growing manufacturing company Company Address & Contact Details.
