**Role Purpose**
To drive growth in the services business by identifying new opportunities, managing the end-to-end sales cycle, and ensuring commercially viable outcomes. The role requires strong collaboration with internal stakeholders, disciplined CRM usage, and the ability to build and scale service capabilities through effective vendor management.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Sales & Business Development**
* Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the services domain.
* Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure.
* Build and maintain a strong, forward-looking sales pipeline.
* Ensure timely and competitive proposal submissions in coordination with internal teams.
**Commercial & Pricing Management**
* Support the development of quotations, pricing strategies, and margin optimization.
* Ensure all proposals are aligned with business profitability and compliance standards.
**Cross-Functional Collaboration**
* Collaborate with internal teams to align on service offerings, delivery capabilities, and pricing frameworks.
* Ensure seamless coordination between sales, operations, and delivery functions.
**Market Development**
* Drive market expansion through new customer acquisition and increased penetration in existing accounts.
* Support brand visibility and go-to-market initiatives, including digital and direct outreach efforts.
**Vendor Management**
* Identify and onboard external vendors to enhance service capabilities.
* Build and manage a reliable vendor ecosystem to support scalable service delivery.
**CRM & Sales Governance**
* Ensure all sales activities are accurately recorded and managed within the CRM system.
* Maintain complete and up-to-date customer, opportunity, and pipeline data.
* Log all customer interactions including meetings, calls, and emails.
* Track and update opportunity status until closure (Won/Lost) with proper documentation.
* Use CRM for task management, follow-ups, and performance tracking.
**Qualifications & Experience**
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
* Relevant experience in services sales or solution-based selling
* Experience in managing end-to-end sales cycles
**Skills & Competencies**
* Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
* Commercial and financial acumen
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management
* Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
* High level of ownership and accountability
* Proficiency in CRM tools and reporting
**Additional Expectations**
* Maintain proactive engagement with the market to build a strong opportunity pipeline
* Adhere to organizational sales processes and reporting standards
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
