**Job Overview:** We are seeking a highly driven and experienced **Sales Supervisor** to lead sales activities for our **CFMOTO Motorcycles, Electric Vehicles, and Powersports** portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in motorcycle or powersports sales, excellent product knowledge, and a proven ability to build long-term customer and dealer relationships. This role requires a results-oriented professional who can manage showroom and field sales, support dealer networks, and contribute to achieving regional sales targets while representing the brand at the highest standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Drive sales performance across **Motorcycles, EVs, ATVs, and UTVs** * Achieve and exceed assigned **monthly and annual sales targets** * Manage and develop relationships with **dealers, corporate clients, and key accounts** * Conduct product demonstrations, test rides, and customer presentations * Support new product launches, promotional campaigns, and roadshows * Mentor and support junior sales executives * Provide market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer trends * Coordinate closely with marketing, logistics, and after-sales teams * Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and brand representation * Maintain accurate sales reports and CRM updates. **Job Requirements :** **Experience** * Minimum **5–8 years** of sales experience in: * Motorcycles * Powersports (ATV, UTV, off-road vehicles) * Electric Vehicles (EVs) * Experience working with **authorized distributors or premium vehicle brands** is preferred * Strong background in **showroom and field sales** **Product & Market Knowledge** * In-depth understanding of motorcycle and powersports technical features * Knowledge of EV technology, battery systems, range, and charging * Familiarity with the **UAE / GCC automotive and powersports market** **Skills & Competencies** * Excellent communication and negotiation skills * Strong closing and relationship management abilities * Customer-focused and results-driven mindset * Ability to explain technical features in a simple, sales-oriented manner * Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting * Leadership qualities with the ability to guide junior team members **Education & Licensing** * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field preferred * Valid **UAE driving license** (Motorcycle license is an advantage) **Language** * Fluency in **English** (Arabic is a plus) Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED11,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * Do you have experience in Motorbike / Powersports Industry?
