**Job Summary**
Baron Prime Real Estate Development LLC is seeking a results-driven and experienced Real Estate Sales Manager specializing in off-plan property sales. The ideal candidate will lead the sales team, develop effective sales strategies, and drive revenue growth by promoting the company’s off-plan projects to local and international clients.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets for off-plan projects
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to maximize project revenue and market share
* Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with investors, brokers, and clients
* Oversee the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends
* Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute campaigns for project launches
* Ensure excellent customer service and maintain long-term client relationships
* Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for senior management
* Train and mentor sales executives on product knowledge, sales techniques, and market insights
* Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations
**Requirements**
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
* Minimum **5–8 years of real estate sales experience**, with a strong focus on **off-plan projects**
* Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
* In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and off-plan sales processes
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients and investors
* Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
* Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
