Immediate joiners or candidates who are currently available will be given priority.*** Location: Sharjah, UAE Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: AED 9000 - 12,500 ***(Based on experience)*** **About the Role:** We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Manager with proven experience in the Signage & Outdoor Media industry to lead our sales function and drive business growth across the UAE market. This role is ideal for candidates who have strong industry exposure, an established client network, and a passion for delivering impactful advertising solutions. **Key Responsibilities** **Sales Strategy & Execution:** * Develop and implement effective sales strategies for signage and outdoor media solutions. * Identify market trends, competitor activities, and new revenue streams. * Prepare sales forecasts, pipelines, and performance reports for management. **Client Relationship Management:** * Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, brands, and advertising agencies. * Provide customized signage and outdoor media solutions aligned with client objectives. * Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and repeat business. **Business Development:** * Actively identify and secure new business opportunities across multiple sectors. * Expand market reach into new territories and industries within the UAE. * Representing the organization at industry events, exhibitions, and networking platforms. **Team Leadership:** * Lead, mentor, and drive the performance of the sales team. * Set clear KPIs and ensure achievement of individual and team sales targets. * Provide ongoing training on products, market trends, and sales techniques. **Requirements & Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. * **5–10 years of relevant experience in Signage and/or Outdoor Media Advertising** ***(mandatory).*** * Strong understanding of UAE outdoor advertising landscape and client dynamics. * Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office. **Preferred Candidate Profile** * Candidates currently based in the UAE, especially in **Sharjah, Dubai, and nearby areas**, will be highly preferred. * Immediate joiners or candidates who are currently available will be given priority. * Strong network within advertising agencies, brands, and corporate clients is a plus. **Key Competencies** * Strategic Thinking * Client Relationship Management * Leadership & Team Management * Results-Driven Approach * Adaptability in a Competitive Market Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED12,500.00 per month Work Location: In person
