**We are searching for the best tale****nt for Sales Manager - Surgery (Abu Dhabi - UAE)**
**Purpose:**
The Sales Manager, based in Abu Dhabi, for Abu Dhabi and Al Ain is responsible for leading, managing and coaching the sales team to achieve revenue targets, expand market share, and build strong customer relationships within the accounts. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of local market dynamics and a proven track record in sales leadership.
### **You will be responsible for****:**
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the Abu Dhabi and Al Ain markets.
* Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
* Responsible for managing operational aspects of their team (e.g., workflow, performance, and compliance), as well as ensuring achievement of team goals within established timelines and budgets.
* Identify new business opportunities and establish partnerships to drive growth.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
* Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales tactics accordingly.
* Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
* Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations specific to Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.
* Integrates Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team goals and decision making.
### **Qualifications / Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in healthcare related major, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
* Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
* Surgery market experience is a plus.
* Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi and Al Ain markets and customer base.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Proven ability to drive sales growth and meet targets.
* Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
