Join our dynamic team to drive sales of exclusive Oman developments to Russian-speaking clients in Dubai and beyond. **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager fluent in Russian to lead sales strategies for our Oman properties. This full-time role is based in Dubai, reporting to our Oman office. Work 6 days a week in a high-energy environment targeting real estate sales to nationals in their home markets and Dubai. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop sales plans and revenue targets aligned with company KPIs to maximize ROI. * Identify sales channels, set commission rates for agents/brokers, and build strong relationships to drive revenue. * Collaborate with Marketing to expand reach in local, regional, and international markets; plan campaigns and lead events/roadshows for lead generation. * Analyze sales data for trends and consumer behavior; recommend strategies and track target achievement. * Upsell/cross-sell to existing clients and train sales teams on product knowledge and skills. * Set goals, evaluate performance, provide coaching, and manage indoor/outdoor sales activities. * Update Salesforce daily for all team activities. * Continuously develop skills per company standards. **Key Skills & Requirements** * Excellent written and verbal communication (Russian fluency mandatory). * Strong negotiation, meeting facilitation, cold calling, and follow-up skills. * Cultural sensitivity and approachability for diverse markets. * 3-8 years in real estate property sales (Dubai-based candidates preferred). * Graduate degree. * Immediate joiners or 30 days notice preferred. **What We Offer** Competitive salary, commissions, and growth opportunities with a top developer.
