**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Officer to join our fast-growing AI technology company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling our diverse portfolio of AI-powered and digital solutions, including AI automation, Digital Media, LMS, POS systems, Bookkeeping, and HR services. This role requires a consultative sales approach to identify client needs and demonstrate how our integrated AI technologies can solve business challenges.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Revenue & Pipeline Growth:** Own and manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to proposal, negotiation, and closing to meet/exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
**Consultative Selling:** Identify customer business challenges and map them to our AI services and software solutions.
**Product Demonstrations:** Conduct persuasive, live, or virtual demos of our POS billing systems, HR tech, and AI platforms.
**Lead Generation & Prospecting:** Proactively seek out new B2B opportunities through cold calling, networking, and leveraging CRM tools.
**Relationship Management:** Build and maintain long-term relationships with C-level executives, IT leaders, and SME business owners.
**Collaboration:** Coordinate with internal AI engineers, technical teams, and customer success teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
**Reporting & CRM:** Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, pipeline updates, and forecasts in our CRM systems.
**Requirements & Qualifications**
**Education:** Education in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
**Experience:** Fresh / 1+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in Technology, SaaS, AI, or Digital Marketing.
**Product Knowledge:** Basic Familiarity with AI tools, POS systems, Bookkeeping software, or SaaS products is highly desirable.
**Skills:**
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Strong technical aptitude to explain AI-driven solutions simply.
* Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
**Languages:** Fluency in English is required; Arabic, Hindi, Malayalam , Tagalog, Bengali and Urdu are a plus.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Proven track record of consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets.
* Experience selling to SMEs and Enterprises in the local market.
* Knowledge of industry-specific AI applications in retail, finance, or HR.
