Scaffolding Foreman

**Job Summary:** The Formwork Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of the formwork crew on construction sites. This role ensures that formwork installation, maintenance, and dismantling are carried out safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications, quality standards, and timelines. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the formwork crew, including carpenters, helpers, and laborers. * Interpret blueprints, structural drawings, and specifications to ensure proper installation of formwork systems. * Manage daily store operations and maintain proper organization * Monitor material usage, report shortages, and coordinate with the store or logistics team for timely supply of materials. * Inspect formwork for safety, accuracy, and quality before concrete pouring. * Ensure safe work practices are followed at all times and that the team complies with company safety policies and regulations. * Plan and assign daily tasks to maximize productivity and minimize downtime. * Liaise with site engineers, supervisors, and project managers to resolve technical or scheduling issues. * Keep records of labor, materials, and progress for reporting purposes. * Provide training and guidance to new workers to maintain a skilled and efficient team. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a **Formwork Foreman** or **Formwork Supervisor** in the construction industry. * Knowledge of **formwork and scaffolding materials** (e.g., aluminum, timber, or steel formwork). * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications. * Leadership and team management skills. * Strong understanding of construction safety regulations and procedures. * Physical fitness and ability to work in outdoor site environments. * Basic computer or reporting skills (preferred). * Ability to manage workers and store activities * Willingness to relocate as required by the company **Work Locations:** * Umm Al Quwain * Ras Al Khaimah (RAK) * Sajaa (Sharjah) * Abu Dhabi **Key Competencies:** * Leadership and communication skills * Attention to detail and quality * Problem-solving and decision-making * Time management and planning * Commitment to safety **Salary & Benefits:** * Salary will be discussed during the interview * Accommodation provided * Career growth opportunities Job Type: Full-time Experience: * foreman: 3 years (Required) Work Location: In person
