Senior Accountant

We are seeking an assistant finance manager / senior accountant with experiences in the Construction building materials industry to manage financial records, project costing, cash flow projection and financial reporting. The responsibilities included: - Financial management : maintain accurate financial records & GL entries. Ensure proper financial planning, preparing month end financial statement. - Project costs management: track project costs & reconciliation with suppliers, sub-contractors, prepare cost report & compared with the approved budget, prepare PO to suppliers, quotation to clients. - Billing: prepare & manage progress billing milestone billing. Track AR & following up the outstanding payments. - Accounts payable & payment: process suppliers & subcontractors invoices, reconcile and review business contract according to the payment terms. - Cash flow projection & cost control : prepare monthly cash flow projection, project budget & monitoring costs. - Banking & credit facilities : dealing with bank related to LC, BG and credit facilities. Requirements: - Bachelor in accounting, Finance or related field. - 5+ years accounting experience, in the construction & building material industry. - Strong knowledge of project accounting & cost control. - Have strong bank relationship experiences, related to credit facilities & BG - Experience with accounting software, Zoho accounting system. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and excellent communication skills.
