Senior Accountant

**Job Summary** Falcon Group of Companies is looking for a highly driven Senior Accountant with proven experience in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing multiple priorities, meeting tight deadlines, and maintaining accuracy under pressure while supporting the company’s financial health and growth. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with applicable standards and timelines. * Manage general ledger activities, including accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations. * Handle month-end and year-end closing processes efficiently within strict deadlines. * Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial policies, and internal controls. * Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting in a rapidly changing environment. * Support audits by preparing schedules and coordinating with auditors. * Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce turnaround time. * Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights for decision-making. * Supervise junior accounting staff and ensure timely deliverables. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in a high-volume transaction environment. **Qualifications & Requirements** * Master’s degree in Commerce (M.Com) or MBA (Finance/Accounting). * 4–8 years of accounting experience, preferably in a fast-paced industry. * Strong ability to manage high-volume transactions with accuracy. * In-depth knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting. * Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced MS Excel skills. * Excellent time management and ability to meet tight deadlines. * Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. * Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
