Senior Accountant

This role involves: * Full ownership of the **General Ledger** and **month-end/year-end closing** processes. * Preparation and analysis of **financial statements** including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow. * Manage accounts independently up to the **finalization stage**. * Assist in **budget preparation**, forecasting, and **variance analysis**. * Ensure **VAT compliance**, accurate filing, and timely submission of returns. * Maintain proper **documentation and accounting records** for audit purposes. * Reconcile **bank accounts, ledgers, and intercompany transactions**. * Support internal and external **audit processes** and queries. * Monitor and analyze **financial performance** and provide actionable insights. * Identify and implement **process improvements** for efficiency and accuracy. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as **Finance, HR, and Operations**. * Assist in preparation of **management reports** and dashboards Minimum Qualifications: ACMA, ACCA, MBA, or M.Com or equivalent professional certification.
