Senior Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our industrial manufacturing unit in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in manufacturing accounting, financial reporting, and cost control, with the ability to support management in strategic decision-making and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. The candidate must be able to * Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements * Manage general ledger, reconciliations, and closing processes * Oversee cost accounting, inventory valuation, and production cost analysis * Monitor and control manufacturing expenses and variances * Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, IFRS, and internal policies * VAT filing * Handle accounts payable, receivable, and cash flow management * Coordinate with auditors and support internal/external audits * Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for management * Improve financial processes and internal controls Qualifications required are as below and not limited to it, * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field * Minimum 5–8 years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing * Strong knowledge of cost accounting and inventory management * Proficiency in ERP systems (Soho Books, Tally, SAP, Oracle etc) * Advanced skills in MS Excel * Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills * Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations is an advantage Interested candidates are invited to submit their CV along with a cover letter.
