Senior Community & Event Executive

We are building the infrastructure for the next phase of financial compliance and digital transformation in the region, with a strong focus on e-invoicing and scalable financial operations **Primary Responsibilities** ---------------------------- ##### **1.** **Community & Ecosystem Engagement** * Build and maintain relationships with founders, SMEs, accountants, partners, and ecosystem players in the UAE * Actively engage in communities, meetups, and relevant industry groups * Represent mazeed in local networking opportunities ##### **2.** **Events Execution (On-Ground)** * Research and identify relevant UAE events, exhibitions, and initiatives * Execute participation in events (booths, logistics, coordination) * Attend events and ensure proper coverage and representation * Report outcomes (leads, partnerships, insights ##### **3.** **Content Support & Coverage** * Capture on-ground content (videos, photos, testimonials, interviews) * Coordinate with the content and design teams for production and publishing * Ensure real-time content coverage during events and activities ##### **4.** **Partnerships Activation (Local Execution)** * Support activation of existing partnerships in the UAE * Attend partner events and ensure proper representation * Coordinate with internal teams to execute co-marketing activities locally ##### **5.** **Opportunities & Initiatives** * Research and apply to: Competitions, Awards, Government initiatives, Startup programs * Ensure mazeed is always present in relevant opportunities ##### **6.** **Market Insights** * Provide regular insights on: Competitor activities, market trends, events and ecosystem updates ##### **7.** **Collaboration with Marketing & Communications Team** * Execute events and PR activities planned by the Marketing & Communications on ground in the UAE * Align on messaging, positioning, and brand representation before any external activity * Provide feedback and insights from the UAE market to support PR, campaigns, and partnerships * Support media, PR, and partnership opportunities by coordinating logistics and presence **Core Values** --------------- Being a mazeeder, our promise to customers, internal teams, HR and Leadership is to demonstrate our core values in our daily interactions and quality of work: * Integrity * Customer Obsession * Simplicity * Growth Mindset * Innovation * Empowerment #### **Essential Skills and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field * 4–7 year's experience in community, events, or marketing roles * Proven experience in **executing on-ground events, exhibitions, or activations** (end-to-end) * Strong understanding of UAE startup / SME ecosystem * Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a highly organized and execution-focused approach * Comfortable with content creation (basic photo/video capture) * Experience in **client-facing or external roles** (networking, partnerships, or sales support)
