Senior Construction Manager

National Steel Fabrication Engineering LLC is a leading steel fabrication and construction company in the UAE, delivering high-quality structural steel solutions for industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects. With a strong reputation for precision, safety, and on-time delivery, we are expanding our leadership team to support our growing project portfolio. We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Construction Manager to lead large-scale steel and construction projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate will oversee project execution from planning through completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities: - Lead and manage multiple construction projects, particularly structural steel and industrial developments - Oversee site operations, subcontractors, and project teams - Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource plans - Ensure strict compliance with UAE regulations, safety standards, and company policies - Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, and internal departments - Monitor project progress and provide executive-level reporting - Identify risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies - Ensure quality control throughout fabrication and site installation phases - Drive continuous improvement in project delivery and operational efficiency Qualifications: - Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field - Minimum 3–4 years of construction experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role - Strong background in structural steel fabrication and erection projects - Proven experience managing large-scale projects in the UAE - In-depth knowledge of UAE construction laws, safety regulations, and contract management - Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills What We Offer: - Competitive executive-level salary package - Performance-based incentives - Company vehicle & allowances - Comprehensive medical insurance - Career growth within a leading steel engineering company - Opportunity to lead landmark projects in the UAE Pay: AED32,000.00 - AED38,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
