Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and results-driven **Senior Construction Manager** to oversee project execution, manage site operations, and ensure timely delivery of large-scale construction projects. This leadership role requires a professional with strong expertise in construction management, stakeholder coordination, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage construction projects from planning to completion. * Oversee site operations, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards. * Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans. * Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders. * Monitor progress, resolve issues, and implement risk management strategies. * Prepare detailed reports and updates for senior leadership. * Mentor and guide project teams, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. * Minimum 10+ years of experience in construction management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. * Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects successfully. * Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, safety standards, and regulatory compliance. * Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. * PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage. * Ability to thrive in fast-paced, competitive environments.
