We are looking for a **result-oriented performance marketer**, not just an ad operator. Key Responsibilities * Plan, execute, and scale **high-performance campaigns** across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads * Manage and optimize **Google Marketing Platform (GMP)** tools (DV360, Campaign Manager, GA4, Tag Manager) * Generate **qualified leads for Dubai real estate (Off-plan & Secondary market)** * Optimize campaigns based on **CPL, ROAS, CTR, and conversion metrics** * Build and test **advanced targeting strategies** (NRI, HNI, investors, expats) * Develop and optimize **lead funnels** (Landing pages, Instant forms, CRM integration) * Implement **Pixel tracking, Conversion API, and event tracking** * Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and funnels * Deliver **weekly & monthly performance reports with insights** * Work closely with sales team to improve **lead quality & conversions** Requirements * Minimum 2**+ years experience** in Digital Marketing (Real Estate preferred) * Strong hands-on expertise in: * Meta Ads (Lead Gen & Conversion campaigns) * Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) * Google Marketing Platform (GMP tools) * Proven track record of **generating high-quality leads at optimized CPL** * Experience managing **high-budget ad campaigns** * Strong analytical and performance-driven mindset * Knowledge of **CRM systems & lead tracking workflows** * Ability to work in a **fast-paced, target-driven environment** What We Offer * Competitive salary + **high performance incentives** * Work on **premium Dubai real estate projects** * Career growth in an international market * Dynamic, performance-focused work environment Apply Now If you can **scale campaigns and deliver real business results**, we want you.
