Senior Electrical Engineer

We are hiring a Senior Electrical Engineer to be based in Abu Dhabi to lead the design and development in the oil and gas sector. **Position:** PMC Senior Electrical Engineer (Design & Engineering Experience with exposure to Construction & Commissioning activities) **Responsibilities:** * To have single-point responsibility for all electrical engineering deliverables and ensure that they conform to all applicable engineering codes and standards as well as the Client’s policies and procedures including AGES and DGS. * Manage and report progress of all Electrical engineering and design budgets in line with contract requirements * Manage engineering and design resource requirements in line with contract requirements * Technical support to Minor & Major Brown (upgrade/revamp) and green field ADNOC Projects. * Experience in Electrical Power Generation and Distribution System Projects (all phases until commissioning). * Experience with ECMS /IPCS and their interface with electrical equipment and DCS system. * Experience with LMLS System and their study & design. * Technical support/review of electrical documents/drawings including but not limited to Power system studies, electrical calculation, SLDs, Layouts etc. * Promote safe behavior all the times to achieve 100%HSE. * Co-ordinate with other disciplines during all stages of design development, construction, pre-commissioning, and start-up. * Provide technical support to site in terms of material inspection, Factory Acceptance Testing etc. * Conversant with the typical software packages that are used for electrical system design and selection including **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. * Minimum 15 years of overall relevant experience including min. experience 8 years in oil & gas industry. * Experience with FEED and EPC phases of Oil & Gas brown field projects. * Thorough knowledge and understanding of the fundamentals of electrical equipment & system engineering & design. * Well versed with ADNOC procedures and VAP implementation during the project Define & Execute Stages. * Knowledge of Work to Permit System in the Oil & Gas industry. * Thorough awareness of international codes and standards. * Software experience: MS Office, Smart plant, ETAP, Dia lux etc. #LI-JM1
