* Objective/Purpose of the Job: The Senior Engery Engineer is responsible for technical engineering support to the Audit & Eng team and to manage team to deal the industrial clients effectively. Acting as the technical & subject matter expert in support of Energy Efficiency program delivery for multiple industrial clients. Able to manage client relationships from start to finish - from need assessment, proposal and delivery of the project requirements. Able to work independently and think both tactically and strategically, manage clients, internal stakeholders’ subcontractors and deal with suppliers during their site visits for providing technical support. As a Senior Energy Engineer, you need to have technical and practical knowledge on instruments used for energy audit (Industrial), energy management and relevant international industrial energy efficiency standards. * Key Responsibilities: * Visit clients, perform walk through, detailed energy audits and studies and analysis of data collected * Analyze data and define building/installation/industrial facility energy profile * Perform on-site energy audits with utmost safety, develop energy analyses including recommendations for operational efficiencies and identifying Energy Conservations Measures * Ensure effective measurements and establish energy breakdowns * Establishing the benchmarking with peers/similar companies * Provide support in both pre- and post-sales/tendering by attending presentations and managing the proposals/installations / implementations. * Support in tendering & establishing contracts for energy services (scope, model, savings calculation, M&V,..) * Manage tenders and subcontractors related to the energy efficiency program of commercial & industries * Monitor energy consumption and perform measurement and verification * Create and provide ASHRAE all Levels (1,2&3) reports * Collection of Best practices across various sectors and brining the awareness among the team members about the new technologies * Commercial Energy Audit Experience is an added advantage * Knowledge about IPMVP, ISO11011, ISO50001&2 is an added advantage * Industrial Experience in Project Execution & KSA ESCO Experience is an added advantage. * Ensure support and collaboration with operations & implementation teams. * Monitoring and follow-up of functional report (Energy & Jr Energy Engineers). * Motivating team and uplifting of team morale & technical skills. * Work in partnership with the client to provide support and response to his requests. * Respond to Client requests, maintain Client relationship. * Job Requirements: * B.E/B.Tech (Electrical/Mechanical) from Reputed College. * 5 - 7 Years of experience in Industrial Energy Audit activities. * Strong organizational, planning skills & technical expertise in major Industrial thermal and electrical equipment’s along with commercial HVAC. * Hands on experience of Energy Audits in Multiple Large and Medium Industrial Sectors with experience on industrial simulation tools. * Leadership skills to manage and mentor Energy Engineers & Jr Engineers. * Problem solver, Excellent understanding of Industrial costing for ESM. * Excellent verbal and written communication in English essential. * Strong Presentation & communication, Interpersonal & relationship-building skills. * Very good level on Microsoft Office, Excel in particular. * Flexibility and the ability to work on more than one task at a time. * Planning and distributing the manpower for various projects. * CEM/A (Certified Energy Manager/Auditor), CIEP (Certified Industrial Energy Professional), CMVP (measurement and verification). * Valid Driving License in KSA. * Frequent Travel across KSA. **Business Unit:** LEI RoW **Division:** LEI RoW AMEA - KSA **Legal Entity:** ENGIE Energy Services Saudi Limited **Professional Experience:** Skilled ( >3 experience <15 years) **Education Level:** Bachelor's Degree **Company Name:** ENGIE Saudi Arabia Why this matters to us Our organisation is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
