Senior Facade Designer

**Job Title:** Senior Facade Engineer **Location:** UAE **Employment Type:** Full-time **Job Description:** We are seeking a highly experienced **Senior Facade Engineer** to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate must have a strong background working with **contracting companies** and proven experience in the design, engineering, and execution of facade systems for large-scale construction projects. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead the design, analysis, and development of facade systems (curtain wall, cladding, glazing, aluminum systems, etc.) * Coordinate with architects, consultants, and project teams to ensure design intent and compliance * Review shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documentation * Provide technical support during fabrication and installation stages * Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications * Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables related to facade works **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related field * Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in facade engineering, preferably within a **contracting company** in the UAE * Strong knowledge of facade systems, materials, and installation methods * Experience in high-rise and complex building projects is highly preferred * Proficiency in relevant engineering and design software * Excellent communication and coordination skills * Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines * Must be **available to join immediately** **Preferred Qualifications:** * UAE experience is a strong advantage * Knowledge of local authority regulations and standards * Professional certifications are a plus **How to Apply:** Interested candidates who meet the above requirements and are available for immediate joining may send their CV to **[email protected]**.
