The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of cost planning processes, an eye for detail, and the capacity to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead the development of comprehensive cost plans and ensure they align with project objectives and timelines. * Manage a team of cost specialists and external consultants in producing accurate cost estimates. * Oversee the preparation of detailed reports for stakeholders, providing insights into cost performance and budget forecasts. * Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure alignment on cost management strategies across projects. * Monitor project expenditures and variance analysis, ensuring that corrective actions are taken as necessary. * Implement best practices in cost planning and provide training to team members. * Build effective relationships with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to facilitate comprehensive cost planning. **Requirements** **Qualifications:** * 10+ years of experience in cost planning or quantity surveying, preferably in large-scale development projects. * Proficient knowledge of cost management software and tools. * Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions. * Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex cost information to various audiences. * Professional accreditation from recognized institutions (e.g., RICS, AIQS) is preferred. * Experience in the Saudi Arabian market or GCC region is a significant advantage.
