Senior Manager - Design (Landscape) - Sport BU (SPA4- SPO-023)

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Manager - Design (Landscape) to join our Sports Business Unit. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the landscape design efforts across various high-profile sports projects within the Qiddiya development. Your expertise will be key in creating outstanding outdoor environments that enhance the user experience, support sustainability goals, and complement the architectural and sporting elements of the projects. Key Responsibilities: * Manage the landscape design process from concept through construction for sports-related facilities and public spaces. * Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, and planners to ensure integrated design solutions. * Develop innovative and sustainable landscape designs that align with Qiddiya’s vision and project requirements. * Ensure all designs comply with relevant codes, regulations, and sustainability standards. * Oversee the preparation and review of design deliverables including plans, specifications, and cost estimates. * Coordinate with contractors and consultants to monitor quality, schedule, and budget adherence during implementation. * Engage in stakeholder consultations to understand needs and incorporate feedback into design solutions. * Mentor and guide junior landscape design team members, fostering professional development and collaboration. * Monitor industry trends and best practices to continuously improve landscape design standards. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or related field. * Minimum 7+ years of experience in landscape design, preferably within sports, recreation, or large-scale projects. * Strong portfolio demonstrating creative, sustainable, and functional landscape designs. * Proficiency in landscape and design software such as AutoCAD, GIS, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D modeling tools. * Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. * Knowledge of local and international standards, regulations, and best practices. * Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Experience working in the Middle East or similar environments is preferred.
