Senior Mechanical Engineer

**Required Mechanical Engineer(MEP) with 8 years UAE Experience** Key Responsibilities * **Design & Planning:** Develop and integrate MEP system designs (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire alarms) for buildings, analyzing needs and loads. * **Coordination:** Work with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth system integration and adherence to the overall building concept. * **Technical Execution:** Oversee installation, conduct inspections, ensure quality control, and manage subcontractors and site staff. * **Compliance & Safety:** Verify all systems meet local building codes, safety standards (HSE), and energy efficiency regulations. * **Documentation:** Prepare technical reports, cost estimates, maintenance manuals, and manage project documentation (drawings, records). * **Maintenance & Support:** Provide technical support, plan maintenance, handle emergency call-outs, and troubleshoot issues in existing facilities. Core Skills Required * **Technical Expertise:** Strong knowledge of MEP systems, load calculations, and equipment selection. * **Software Proficiency:** AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office. * **Project Management:** Planning, coordination, problem-solving, and communication. * **Regulatory Knowledge:** Understanding of building codes and safety standards.
