Senior Mechanical Engineer

**Job Summary** We are seeking a highly experienced **Senior Mechanical Engineer** with a strong **consultancy background** and proven experience in **high-rise building projects**. The candidate will lead mechanical design, coordination, and technical supervision from concept through construction stages. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead mechanical design for HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems * Prepare load calculations, design reports, specifications, and BOQs * Review shop drawings and material submittals * Ensure compliance with ASHRAE, NFPA, and local authority regulations * Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams * Attend client meetings and provide technical input * Support tender documentation and technical evaluations * Provide technical support during construction stage **Requirements** * Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering * 10+ years of experience (minimum 5 years in consultancy firms) * Strong experience in high-rise residential/commercial towers * Proficiency in AutoCAD & Revit MEP * Experience with HVAC calculation software (HAP or similar) * Strong knowledge of international codes (ASHRAE, NFPA) * Excellent coordination and communication skills **Preferred** * GCC project experience * Authority submission experience Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
