Senior MEP Engineer - UAE Experience

**MEP Engineer - UAE Experience** * Knowledge of tools, equipment, and materials common to the plumbing trade, skills in the installation, repair & maintenance of all types of plumbing work. * Installation of electrical wirings, equipment, machines or programs to specifications * Performs skilled A/C control maintenance work in the repair, installation and alteration of controls for refrigeration, air conditioning. * Knowledge of troubleshooting sliding doors, gate barriers MV panel, SMB & DP panels. * Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance * Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work * Recruit, supervise and train maintenance technicians * Hire and supervise technicians during installations, repairs, or maintenance (electricians, plumbers, AC Technicians, etc.) * Inspect and maintain building systems (heating, ventilation etc.) * Contribute to the development of the maintenance budget and ensure compliance * Monitor inventory of materials and equipment * Participate in coordinaton of projects (e.g. renovations) * Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations **Requirement:** * Proven UAE experience as maintenance supervisor or similar role * Bachelors in Mechanical and Electrical * Strong technical knowledge of all building systems (electrical, heating etc.) * Knowledge of Fire and safety will be an added advantage * Knowledge of health & safety practices and regulations * Understanding of budgeting and performance management * Excellent planning and leadership abilities * Valid UAE Driving License with own vehicle * An eye for detail * Computer savvy Location - Dubai Salary - 6000AED to 9000AED (Negotiable for the right candidate) Job Type: Permanent Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * Do you have Civil knowledge and working experience? * Please mention your current visa status and required notice days?
