Senior Project Engineer

**Key ResponsibilitiesRequired Skills and Qualifications** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field). * **Experience:** 4+ years of experience in project engineering, project management, or field engineering. * **Technical Knowledge:** Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., CAD), project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera), and industry-specific regulations. * **Leadership:** Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills to manage cross-functional teams. * **Project Planning & Management:** Develop detailed project scopes, schedules, cost estimates, and budgets. * **Technical Coordination:** Work with designers, engineers, and consultants to ensure specifications meet requirements. * **Implementation & Supervision:** Lead the installation, testing, and troubleshooting of equipment, systems, or site activities. * **Compliance & Safety:** Ensure all project activities adhere to safety standards (e.g., OSHA, API, ASME) and environmental regulations. * **Stakeholder Communication:** Present progress updates, prepare reports, and manage technical queries with clients. * **Quality Control:** Lead QA/QC procedures, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement activities. * **Mentorship:** Guide junior engineers and project staff Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
