We have the expertise to carry out full EPC&M services for electrical and instrumentation works and bring our intrinsic knowledge to measure and automate exploration, production, separation, refining processes, and distribution through our localized services. **Job Description** **Overall responsibilities:** * To lead and manage mechanical engineering activities for oil & gas projects, ensuring successful delivery in line with project scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards while maintaining strict compliance with HSE and client requirements. **Day to day responsibilities:** * Lead the execution of mechanical engineering scope for onshore/offshore oil & gas projects. * Review and approve engineering designs, drawings, and technical specifications. * Ensure compliance with Client standards, international codes, and project requirements. * Lead execution of mechanical engineering scope for onshore/offshore oil & gas projects. * Review and approve engineering designs, drawings, and technical specifications. * Ensure compliance with client specifications, international codes, and project standards. * Manage project schedules, resources, and deliverables to meet deadlines. * Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including civil, electrical, and instrumentation. * Act as the main technical point of contact with clients, consultants, and stakeholders. * Oversee procurement activities including vendor evaluation, technical bid analysis, and material approvals. * Supervise installation, construction, testing, and commissioning activities. * Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies. * Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to budget. * Ensure strict compliance with HSE policies and site safety requirements. * Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and site teams. * Prepare and review project reports, method statements, and technical documentation. * Provide end-to-end project engineering leadership across Mechanical, Piping, Electrical, Instrumentation & Controls disciplines for all offshore platform upgrade works. * Ensure full technical integration of equipment such as compressors, dryers, receivers, piping networks, valves, switchgear, MCCs, DCS/ICSS interfaces, F&G, and utility systems. * Conduct detailed review and coordination of engineering deliverables from all disciplines, ensuring full compliance with CLIENT Offshore Standards, International Codes, and platform operational constraints. * Lead design freeze milestones, ensuring that Mechanical, Piping, E&I deliverables are aligned and clash-free. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. * PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage. **Additional Information** **Experience Requirements:** * Experience level: 8+ years * 03 years or more experience UAE or Middle East * Minimum 03 years as Project Engineer on medium to large scale projects in similar business or industry * HSE compliance and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams **Skills & Professional Requirements:** * Strong expertise in mechanical systems (piping, static & rotating equipment). * In-depth knowledge of oil & gas industry standards and best practices. * Leadership and team management skills. * Strong project planning and execution capability. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management. * Problem-solving and decision-making skills. * Familiarity with international standards (ASME, API, ASTM).
