Senior Project ManagerLead and deliver complex projects in industrial and factory environments, overseeing all phases from planning through completion. This role requires a mechanical engineering background combined with extensive construction leadership experience to drive successful project outcomes and client satisfaction. Key ResponsibilitiesManage full project lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout for industrial facilities Develop comprehensive project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies Lead site supervision and ensure strict compliance with specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements Direct and mentor project teams including Assistant Project Managers, site engineers, and coordinators Manage contractor and vendor relationships, negotiating terms and resolving complex issues Oversee procurement processes, cost control, and financial reporting to ensure budget adherence Chair project meetings with clients, stakeholders, and construction teams to maintain alignment Identify, assess, and resolve critical project risks and escalate strategic decisions to senior leadership Ensure comprehensive project documentation and maintain rigorous change management processes Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to business development efforts Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering 15+ years of project management experience in construction or industrial sectors required Extensive experience managing industrial or factory projects highly desirable Proven track record delivering large-scale, complex projects on time and within budget Deep understanding of construction methods, mechanical systems, and industrial installations Expert-level ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contract documents Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities PMP or similar project management certification preferred Proficiency with project management software, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office suite Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements below.
