Senior Project Manager

* Lead and manage **end-to-end construction project execution**. * Develop and monitor **project schedules, budgets, and resources**. * Coordinate with **consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders**. * Ensure compliance with **local regulations, authority approvals, and safety standards**. * Oversee **site operations** and ensure adherence to project specifications and quality standards. * Manage **contract administration**, variations, and claims. * Conduct regular **progress meetings and reporting** to senior management. * Identify and mitigate **project risks and delays**. * Ensure effective **cost control and value engineering**. * Supervise and mentor **project teams and engineers**. * Maintain strong **client relationships** and ensure satisfaction. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s Degree in **Civil Engineering or related field**. * Minimum **12+ years of experience** in construction, with at least **10** **years in a senior/project management role**. * Strong experience in **high-rise, commercial, or large-scale projects** in the UAE. * In-depth knowledge of **contract management (FIDIC preferred)**. * Proven ability to manage **multiple stakeholders and large teams**. * Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. * Proficient in **project management tools (Primavera P6/MS Project)**. * Strong understanding of **UAE construction regulations and authority approvals**. **Preferred:** * PMP Certification (or equivalent) * Membership with recognized engineering bodies * UAE Driving License Pay: AED25,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
