Senior Project Manager

**Job Title:** Senior Project Manager **Industry:** Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) / Steel Structures **Location:** Ras Al Khaimah, UAE **Reports To:** General Manager **Role Overview** We are seeking an experienced **Senior Project Manager** to lead and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale commercial and industrial projects. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in **steel structures, PEB systems, and associated civil works**, with strong experience managing projects across the GCC region. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead and manage commercial and industrial projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and schedule. * Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth and timely project delivery. * Review and interpret structural drawings, specifications, and technical documentation. * Oversee site activities including steel fabrication & erection, civil foundations, cladding, and finishing works. * Monitor project performance in terms of cost, progress, quality, and safety compliance. * Prepare and present periodic project progress reports to senior management and stakeholders. * Identify potential project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies. * Ensure compliance with company policies, international standards, and GCC regulations. * Lead, mentor, and guide project engineers and site teams to achieve project objectives. * Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining deadlines and quality standards. **Qualifications & Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in **Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field** (Master’s degree preferred). * Minimum **10 years of GCC experience** in PEB construction, steel structures, and civil works. * Strong technical expertise in: * Structural steel fabrication and erection * Civil foundations and finishing works * Proven track record in managing large-scale industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects in the GCC. * Proficiency in project management tools such as **Primavera P6 and/or MS Project**. * Solid understanding of international codes and GCC building standards. * Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. **Key Competencies** * Leadership & Team Management * Technical Expertise in PEB & Civil Works * Stakeholder & Client Management * Strategic Planning & Risk Management * Strong Negotiation & Decision-Making Skills * Commitment to Quality, Safety, and Sustainability **How to Apply** **Email your CV to: [email protected]** **Contact: 052 591 6858** **Note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.** Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Work Location: In person
